Upon arrival, Officers determined a Dodge Avenger passenger car pulled out of O&M Food Mart on to South Street and was struck by a Yamaha motorcycle traveling westbound on South Street. While identifying the drivers of the vehicles it was determined the driver of the motorcycle, Richard Wayne Hice, had a suspended driver’s license.
