From Marianna Police Department
On 10/22/2016, Officers with the Marianna Police Department responded to The Florida Caverns State Park, located at 3345 Caverns Road, in reference to a burglary. Upon arrival Officers discovered that entry had been made into a maintenance shed inside the Park and a large amount of tools and equipment had been stolen from the park. Taken in the burglary was a large amount of landscaping type equipment such as chainsaws, pole saws, and weed eaters and other tools and equipment.
